Truly the best!  My husband and I had a large project at our new home and interviewed several different electrical service companies.  We went with 4A for several reasons.  Henry was very upfront and honest.  The men working for 4A are all professional, knowledgeable and polite.  It was important to me that I feel like I could have these men in my home at any given time and feel safe.  My husband wasn’t always there so I dealt with vendors from many companies. Arrived as scheduled, knowledgeable, friendly, professional,  explained what was being done and was upfront about costs.  I've tried a few electricians for various projects but felt best with these guys and their awesome communication and work. Get a few quotes! I would not recommend using their services. I had them come to my house to check on my lights. A lot of bulbs and recess lighting had gone out and we wanted to make sure it was just the bulbs and not a greater electrical issue. Initially, I was told the cost to check on the issue would be $29. Upon completion of their inspection they asked for $300 because they had to check every single bulb in the house.

Still, I asked for a quote to see how much it would be for them to replace the necessary lighting as I am doing other house projects and wanted help with this one. On top of the $300 I already paid them,  they wanted an additional $1100 for labor and materials. I was shocked and thought the price was steep.

Twice now I felt blindsided and shocked by these costs. Now, I absolutely had the money to pay this, but it felt like I was going to pay somebody $1400 to change my lightbulbs. I briefly considered doing it myself, but thankfully I checked Nextdoor for recommendations and I found somebody who completed the job for $400. Not only was he a licensed electrician, but he was upfront about the costs and showed me exactly what I was paying for. Always get quotes!

I’m not saying they do bad work, but I think you can find a better value elsewhere.
